Angelica Maria Vale Hartman, also known by the name Angelica Vale, is a Mexican-American actor, singer impersonator comic and radio host. She is often referred to for her role as the mother of Angelica Maria La Novia de Mexico and also as the daughter of comic Raul Vale. The singer is believed to have launched La Balada Ranchera, a musical genre that topped charts in 1973, and lead Angelica Maria to become the first Latin artist to sell two millions of records in the United States.
